My name is Jania.
I create paintings that exist in the space between reality and emotion.
I do not reproduce the world literally — I interpret it. Intuitively, minimally, and honestly. I paint what moves me, what makes me pause, what carries a silence or tension worth capturing.

My artistic journey began early.
At the age of 12 I started studying at an art school — it was there that I first understood that art could be something more than a skill. It became a way of seeing the world, a language through which I could speak about emotions. Since then I have continued to grow step by step: further schools, artistic studies, and years of practice while searching for my own sensitivity.

Moving to another country became a moment that changed many things. Starting from the beginning made my work more personal and intimate. The silence I experienced during that time gradually entered my paintings, and minimalism became a way to speak about the things that matter most.

My works are not meant to provoke — they are meant to create a connection.
They are a conversation without words, a space for reflection, a place where someone might find their own fragment among lines and colours.

For some, they are decoration.
For others — a sense of calm they seek in their interior.
And sometimes — a very personal refuge.
