My name is Jania, and I create paintings that balance between reality and emotion.

I am not interested in literally reproducing the world. What draws me instead is atmosphere, symbolism, color, and the space that exists somewhere between calm and tension.

My artistic journey began early. At the age of 12, I started studying at an art school, later continuing my artistic education and developing my own visual language over the years. Today, I primarily create paintings that are meant to build a connection with the viewer — not only to attract through color, but to stay in memory and evoke emotions that are difficult to name.

Each painting is created by hand, mainly using acrylic on canvas. Some works evolve over many weeks — I return to them, change them, and allow them to mature together with me.
